NEXMM060 (Red Stick Wax 6g)
A cream coloured wax specially designed for use with soft contact lenses. Melting point 62°
To Block: melting point 55-60°C. To de-block: place lens and chuck in a beaker of water and heat up the water a little and the wax will dissolve. Suitable for use with IOLs ad RGP lenses.
A white, powder-loaded paraffin polishing wax, giving excellent polishing qualities. The wax can be readily prepared for moulding onto brass chucks and prepared on a standard lathe. Suitable for use with RGP and PMMA lenses only.
A particularly hard blocking wax with exceptionally high adhesive strength and is extremely useful when manufacturing crimped toric lenses.
This is the Lamda Polytech pink blocking wax and can be used in manual or auto blockers. A blocking compound designed for use with our Polytech inserts, melting point 54°C. Suitable for RGP and soft contact lenses.
A blocking wax suitable for RGP and soft materials. It is designed especially for use in automatic blockers. Advantages are good flow, melting point 52.80°C and excellent adhesion.
This wax helps view the front surface of the lens. The wax has a melting point of 60 to 65°C and facilitates viewing the front surface of polished lenses without the confusing back surface image. Suitable for RGP and soft contact lenses.
