Turnkey Contact Lens Moulding (high volume) Technology Manufacture

Nexgen Optical can offer a range of bespoke high speed manufacturing equipment to produce low cost, highly reproducible contact lenses, predominantly for the Daily Disposable lens market.

We have two suites of equipment to offer: A low volume 10 million lenses a year line, and a High volume line producing 20 million lenses a year, both working 24/ 7.

We provide everything from the lens design: Spherical, Aspheric or Toric or your own lens design, in many different material formulations from 73% to 38% water content, through to a sterile finished lens in a labeled blister, in either single, strips of five or six.

Full training is given on the equipment both in the UK and at the client’s facility by our engineers, who install the equipment and run the line up to speed. The main machines have Web cams fitted, and on- line support is also provided.
