Nexgen Optical can offer a range of bespoke high speed manufacturing equipment to produce low cost, highly reproducible intraocular lenses. We can handle production for PMMA IOL, hydrophilic IOL and hydrophobic IOL’s.

We provide everything from the lens design, technology transfer, polishing, packaging etc, and the whole IOL turnkey set up. Aftersales includes all the IOL consumable items required.

Full training is given on the equipment by the engineers, who install the equipment and train your personnel in the operation and maintenance etc.
